Some organizers offer memberships: a pass for a month, a year or a season that gives you benefits at their events, such as early access, member prices, members-only tickets or free tickets. You buy a membership on the organizer’s profile page, and you find everything about it under My memberships in your account.
What you can do here
- Buy a membership — pick a plan on the organizer’s page, apply a coupon code if you have one, and pay. You need an account with a confirmed email address.
- Show your member card — My memberships has a card with a QR code the organizer can check at the door or at a shop.
- Renew — a membership does not renew by itself. You get an email before it ends, and renewing early adds the new term on top of the time you have left, so you lose nothing.
- Give a membership as a gift — buy it for somebody else’s email address. They get a link to claim it, and their membership starts on the day they claim it.
- Join the waitlist — when a plan is full, you can wait for a place. You get an email when one opens; it is not held for you, so buy it soon.
- Download your invoice — every purchase comes with an invoice from the organizer.
Good to know
- You can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get the full price back, whether or not you have used any benefits. Use Withdraw on My memberships.
- The price you see includes VAT.
- Member prices and free tickets apply automatically at checkout when you are signed in with the account that holds the membership.
Troubleshooting
- I do not get the member price — check that you are signed in with the account that bought the membership and that it has not ended.
- The gift link does not work — it may already have been claimed. Ask the person who gave it to you to resend it from their My memberships page.
