EventMann sells tickets on behalf of event organizers. A question about a booking or an event reaches the right person fastest when it goes straight to the organizer. Pick a topic and we will show you how.
Your tickets are attached as a PDF to the confirmation email sent when the booking was confirmed. Check your spam folder too. Enter the address you booked with and we will email you a link to each of your bookings.
Refunds are decided by the organizer, under the cancellation terms shown before you paid. Open your booking to cancel it or ask for a refund; the request goes straight to them.
Where the organizer allows it, you can correct an attendee's name or transfer a ticket to someone else from your booking.
Times, the venue, access, what to bring: the organizer knows, and answers directly. With a booking, message them from your booking; without one, use the contact form on the event page.
